Uninspired
Lately, I have felt so uninspired to blog! I love reading everyone elses, but I seem to be too lazy to spit one out myself. So I figured just writing about that is better than nothing, right? Also, I decided that I need to bring the camera with me more times than not so that I can take pictures of stuff that strikes thoughts for blogging. For instance, the other day I was running and I swear everything smelt like lavendar or lilac soap. Really, I swear I thought I was running through a soap shop. I just took it all in because it was so unbelievable. I noticed that the same flowing vine happen to be everywhere along the run and so attributed the clean smells to the vines. When I came home I found out that it was honeysuckle that I was smelling! It would have been nice to have had the camera so I could have shown you how much this vine was everywhere. So I went to wiki and found out this:
"During Victorian times, teenage girls were forbidden to bring honeysuckle home because it was thought to induce erotic dreams" and that it "is an uncommon homeopathic remedy, used for irritability with violent outbursts".
Hum, now I must plant honeysuckle on our patio to help with my violent outbursts and for the erotic dreams well I am not a teenager so I wont have to worry about them!

Erotic dreams, huh? Gotta plant me some of THAT! ;) I've heard the best one to plant that's not really invasive is "Lonicera periclymenum Sarotina Florida" - it has pink and cream flowers on a delicate vine. Whatever you do, do NOT plant Hall's Honeysuckle
(Lonicera japonica) if you can't commit to keeping it in check - it's very invasive.
That's interesting how it smelled like soap to you... it always smells like candy to me.
Love.
