Okay, so I have done it again: I have procrastinated an obscene amount of homework and I am now feeling the crunch! But it is so hard to stay on task when you are distracted by the spring flowers, reading at night with your hubby, and the strong urge to fall asleep as soon as you walk through the door.
Lately, I have been unable to concentrate and keep on track. It is not because I don't have the time but because I don't have the motivation. Take last night for example, my 7 o'clock client cancelled, so I went home early to get some papers out of the way. I made my lunch for the next day, munched on some chocolate cake and then headed upstairs to change. As I was putting on my comfy clothes the bed was just calling my name so I slipped under our new incredibly soft blanket and asked Ryan if he could read just two chapters to me before I had to start writing. Soon I began to be relaxed and before we knew it it was 9 o'clock. Ryan tickled me to tears and then kicked me out of bed to write my paper. I got up...reviewed the assignment and then I went back to bed...NO MOTIVATION!
Well, today will be different and I will get a lot done (I hope).
