As some of you know, I LOVE DANCE! It is my great love and biggest regret. Last nights So You Think You Can Dance has had me wishing all over again that I had found a way to pay for dance when I was in 6th grade hoping to be a fly girl on In Living Color. A large part of me wishes that I made it my life and career. Honestly I feel like it was a talent given me that I never worked on. Regret....So I watch this show with excitement and sadness. Now I worry I am too old. So, I may sign up for a contemporary dance class in the fall. Maybe it is too late for me to be a dancing star but not to late to pursue this love once again....

That was awesome! I love SYTYCD but we gave up cable, so... I feel the same way when I watch gymnastics. If only things had turned out differently. I think you should sign up for that class. My sister and I did one together and it was So Fun!
Bummer that the video isn't available anymore - so I couldn't watch it. But I will say that you're NEVER too old to pursue your dreams - you may have to compromise somewhat, but never ever give up! Besides, dance is a FANTASTIC form of exercise that you can do till you're really old. - Mom H
