Wonderful Family
Don't get me wrong. I LOVE Ryan's family (and I wish I could explain how much), but I really love MOTORCYCLES! First let me explain. Over the fourth of July Ryan and I went to WA to celebrate our countries independence and participate in his Family reunion. There were over 40 family members there from cousins to aunts to uncles and siblings. I really didn't spend much time with Ryan because I was constantly playing with kids! I was either holding a baby, walking with a toddler, playing with the children or teasing the teens. I loved every minute of it. I got to play with several of his cousins long beautiful hair and make flower wreaths for the young girls. Not only that but we went rock climbing, watched skits, played around the fire, and played my favorite card game: Spades.Talking - when am I not! Note I have to look up at Ryan (I love him)

What he was thinking "La, La, La" What I was thinking
"How fast can I grab him and fly home to IN without his parents noticing"
"How fast can I grab him and fly home to IN without his parents noticing"

Note all the kids around me...
I have so much fun every time I am around Ryan's family, E. and M. make me smile and we had a great time chatting and laughing. J. taught me how to fly a real kite (not the kind that just gently float up to the sky but, the rip-roaring kind that you have to maneuver to get it to do what you want - whoa long parenthetic phrase), and my MIL cooked incredible treats and put up with us playing cards until 3 in the morning. I went on a walk with my mother and it was nice to talk and be together. Overall I would have been completely content to come home looking forward to the next reunion when I could do more hiking, tug-a-wars, seed-spitting, horseback riding, laughing with in-laws and cousins, and playing with the kids, but NO I had to go on the Honda CBR 1000 with Ryan's cousin C and the adrenalin has changed life my life forever. What he was thinking "Don't Scratch the Paint"
What I was thinking "AHHHHHH.....^%&^$ AHHHHH"
What I was thinking "AHHHHHH.....^%&^$ AHHHHH"

Now I look forward to the time when I can get on a bike and ride....oh yeah and the family reunion...sorry I just get caught up every time I think about that bike - I drift off and all of a sudden I am holding onto C. for dear life as we FLY down Hundley Road to I-90 as the sun sets behind the mountains - Incredible! The thrill is too much to hold in my chest AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I am going crazy! Okay back to reality but, come on after you have gone well over 100 miles an hour in the mountains things around you seem to be moving a little slower. So as you now know "I have the need for speed" yes, I want a bike and yes I want to go back to the family reunion. Ryan agrees with my second wish...now all I have to do is prove to him I can be safe on an adrenalin machine. I can be safe, repeat, I can be safe...calmly now...I ....can....be... FASTER!!!!! SAFE!!!!!AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH.

You crazy girl... :)
hmmmm. Who do you remind me of? Bella!
There is no doubt you and Christian are related!!! :)
I completely understand! I've wanted to take a trip down the coast on a bike ever since I read "Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance" by Robert Pirsig!!! I got to ride with Jason on his bike about a year ago and it only intensified my desire. I don't know if you've ever galloped on a horse, but it's much the same feeling for me - completely liberating, and yet much more attainable! You are only slightly crazy, but welcome to the club (and if our husbands won't do it with us, we should take a vaca and go ourselves)!!!
Hooray for motorcycles! Now, hurry and surf for your favorite kind, email me, and I'll tell you mine! Yippee!
Sorry, the bug got me...
Love.

Juls, J is still thinking about selling the explorer and getting a motercycle, so you can come ride ours when we get it.
