March - Spring, Spring, Spring, Spring Break!

March has been rejuvenating. First we had spring break and thanks to are Julie and Alan we spent a wonderful night at a bed and breakfast in Nashville, IN. It was wonderful and I am so grateful they gave us this moment for Ryan and I to just relax. That night we ate at a local restaurant and I had my very first Indiana created Pork Tenderloin Sandwich (Yum) then Ryan and I spent the night reading from our favoriate book series - The Wheel of Time. It was great to have so much time together since we have maybe 12 hours a week that we see each other.
Ran to the Grocery Store - Literally

Most of spring I spent watching as many period piece movies that I could (Thank you PBS). I watched Jane Eye, Mandsfield Park, Persuasion, North Anger Abbey, North and South, and some of Pride and Prejudice --- I LOVE THEM ALL!!! You must watch
North and South! Really go right now and WATCH IT!!!!
... Any who, on Thursday, my plan was to watch Jane Eyer (the 4 hour version) with two friends while doing homework. I wanted to make tea sandwiches and finger snacks. I was out of everything I needed so I did what I love...I RAN to the grocery store. It was 4 Miles there and back. I didn't realize how much I bought until I got home and took it all out of my bag, but well worth it. The raddish tea sandwiches were incredible...give them a try .

Hiking at Brown County State Park

Ryan and I also spent some time enjoying the woods around us hiking in the park. It was cold and majical. I told Ryan "I love spring, I want to roll around in it, smell like it, and taste it when I breathe." This spring has ment so much to me I can't put it in words. Give me a call if you want to talk about it.
February - Happy Valentines

Ryan and I helped set up for a our
Stake valentines dance. We spent the night laughing and dancing with the youth and our friends. I just love my hubby and appreciate his willingness to dance with me when I know he dreads it. We just spent the time trying to remember all the dances we learned in ballroom together. (By the way he loves Dancing with the Stars so I know there is a dancer in him after all).
January - New Dress

Although it was absolutely freezing I had Ryan take a picture on the way to church. I found this dress at Target and absolutely love it and try to where is often. It has ruffled sleeves and a bow in the back. In January I also became very overwhelmed with my crazy schedule and started pulling away from by blogosphere!!! It seems that stress sucks the creativity out of me!
December - New Years:

For new years Ryan and I had some friends from church come over for games and food: 16 people later we had
Ticket to Ride, Settlers of Catan, and Trivial Pursuit going in full swing and we were having a blast. One of the cut little baby girls had this too-too that I stole I think it looked better on her. New Years was truly wonderful.
