Sin ayuda de mi esposo, estoy escribiendo en Espanol. Es claro que yo no escribir, leer, y hablar mucho en espanol y tengo que practicar! Porque? Nosotros vamos a PR en un ano y quiero hablar con mi familia sin avergonsada. Eso es una parte de mi vida y extrano mucho mi familia de la isla!

Hey, great to hear from you! Say... I see you are a runner these days. How did you start training? I too would like to become a runner. The most I have ever ran in 4.5 miles. I have never done a race either. What was your initial training like?
