3. Yesterday was an energy packed day. I started with running 6.5 miles around town! This was the first time that I have ever run that far all at once. I didn't have an Mp3 players so as I jogged past homes and streets I was left to my own thoughts. Most consisted of me convincing myself to just jog a to the next corner and when I got to those corners I would repeat it again "just a little further" and before you know I finished! What was interesting is that I thought I could smell lavender and jasmine every where I ran.
