1. I accepted the K-12 school counseling internship...I am very excited because this will be a whole new counseling adventure. Thus far I have worked with families, individuals, and co-lead group counseling at the local middle school but that was all through a community counseling setting so I am excited to be in a school setting...I will keep you posted.
2. We finally went shopping for some new clothes...which were badly need and I still needed some jeans! I hate shopping for jeans because I am between sizes always...arg...but I am not complaining.
3. We rearranged our upstairs rooms...yippee! So if you haven't been to our cozy town home this may not make sense but I will try to explain: We have 3 bedrooms upstairs--Master room with a full bath, Tiny room with a tiny closet, and at the other end a big room with a big closet, next to the a full bathroom at the end of the hall (all with windows). Does this make sense? Anyways the big room next to the bathroom was the office and the tiny room next to our room was the guest room....so we switched them...so now the office is between our room and the guest room is at the end of the hall right by the bathroom. Oddly...there is more closet space in both rooms? I don't know how that worked so here are some photos:

Now I have a table where I can scrapbook and do crafts...I only wish Natasha was there to help me organize...oh well. Still, I love the new office because now I can rest my feet on the window and there is better lighting.

We are not ones to be great at decorating so most of our stuff is handme downs...but one day. The only problem is that I am decoratingly challenged. With Ryan's artistic eye I think we will be able to come up with something.

It looks really good! I love the idea about switching the rooms... :)
I am so excited for you! Thats great about the internship! Your townhome looks so cute!
Looking good! I like the idea of switching the guest room to the end of the hall. More privacy, right?
I know what you mean about hand me downs. It seems we end up with more stuff than we need constantly - I'm always taking trips to Salvation Army just to get some breathing room in our house!
Love.
i would LOVE to come help you organize!! Switching rooms is the best. We just did that with our master bedroom and the office and it made a WORLD of difference!
I love a good old hand-me-down. it means that I don't have to buy anything!
Yes...definately more privacy and thank you for the compliments...you will all have to come visit...except Ola...she smells like pickles (j/k).
