For some reason it also makes me think of UHF: The 1989 movie with Weird Al. I remember laughing so hard, but for some reason I think that being 10 and watching it was way more funny than 24...oh well, I must find a copy and quote along with "We don't need no stinkin' badgers"...."You get to drink out of the fire hose" and so on...man it was just great!
I wonder if I will think it is still as funny and if it is not will it ruin my past experience? Hum...we will see.
Have you ever watched something when you were young and your opinion of it changed as you got older? My answer is yes: City of Angels. I told Ryan how it was the best romantic movie ever and I said that in High School it was heart throbbing to watch. Well lets just say the second time around it was boring, long, and I thought it was really cheesy...oh yeah Ryan thought it was horrible...it made for a funny night.

I remember watching "Watcher in the Woods" when I was 8 or 9 and getting so scared when I was younger. I would have nightmares from it, where I would see the blindfolded girl trapped in the mirror. Then when I was nineteen, my friends and I were staying at a cabin up in Sundance and we rented a bunch of scary movies and I said "lets watch the watcher in the Woods cause its SOOO scary!" So we rented it.......little did I know that what i thought was scary when I was 9 turned out to be a really cheesy, lame, kind of movie that you have to laugh at because its so bad..
Oh well,
I've never seen UHF- guess I'll have to rent it. You thought City of Angels was better than When Harry Met Sally? I used to LOVE The Cutting Edge - haven't seen it in years, so I don't know anymore. Or Dirty Dancing? Oh man, my sisters used to watch that every chance they got. I can barely stand the sight of it now...
Love.
Next time I go to Washington Jess, we are watching "When Harry Met Sally" I really don't remember it at all...and I want to see it with you.
